The roofs of buildings on the north side of the 300 block of Garrison Avenue are visible in the foreground followed by the fronts of the buildings on its south side. Behind them are buildings in the 300 block of Rogers Avenue and the flooded land south of the avenue during the flood of 1927. Left to right, the business in the buildings on the south side of Garrison are: Marland Refining Company Station — number 16 (404); Fort Smith Seed Co. (322-324); Hotel LeFlore (316); Quality Seed Store (312) and Reynolds Davis Grocery Co. (300-306). The four-story Atkinson Williams building is visible in the 300 block of Rogers.
