Probably using a point of view atop one of Garrison Avenue's taller buildings on its north side, the viewer gets a great peek into eastern Oklahoma and at the Free Bridge, built in 1922 and demolished in the early 1970s. The Fenolio Hotel also can be seen in another later black-and-white photo. This hand-tinted card was likely done in the 1920s or 1930s.
